Google's slew of new online advertising techniques, including integrated movie trailers and price-comparison ads, has spurred one analyst to raise his Google stock-price target by $40.

Blogger asks Ballmer to address suspected tax-dodging
Jeff Reifman, the former Microsoft manager who's been theorizing that the company illegally avoids Washington taxes, wants CEO Steve Ballmer himself to address the issue. Reifman wrote Ballmer an open letter Sunday, calling on the chief executive to practice the corporate transparency he so praises.
