Washington State's dreadful football season is over, and now attention turns to the future.

Pretty much all Matt Hasselbeck had to do for his eighth straight win over the St. Louis Rams was hand off and watch.

Overton's late heroics lead No. 14 Washington
Venoy Overton showed up late for Washington. Twice in one day.

UW volleyball to open NCAA bid in Colorado
The University of Washington women's volleyball team is making its eighth consecutive appearance in the NCAA Tournament, but the Huskies will have to head to Colorado to open their 2009 bid.
