Knox prosecutor convicted of abuse of office Giuliano Mignini, who successfully prosecuted Amanda Knox on a murder charge, was convicted Friday in Italy of abuse of office and given suspended sentence of one year and four months. He will be allowed to continue his regular magisterial duties.
