Real Estate Home sales volume, value down in 2009, report says The number of single-family homes and condominiums sold in the 19-county Northwest Multiple Listing Service fell 3.7 percent in 2009 and the value of the homes sold was off by 14.6 percent, according to a report from the Northwest MLS.
