SpaceX tests Dragon capsule in drop test
SpaceX met all objectives in a high-altitude drop test of its Dragon spacecraft Aug. 12, the company announced Friday. This was the last in a series of tests to validate parachute deployment systems and recovery operations before the craft's first launch.
