Microsoft to raise Xbox Live Gold subscription price
Starting Nov. 1, the price of an Xbox Live Gold subscription is rising from $50 per year to $60 per year, Microsoft announced Monday.

New Xbox controller gets convertible D-pad, gray buttons
Five days after launching Kinect, which lets gamers use no controller at all, Microsoft will release a refreshed Xbox 360 controller with a convertible directional pad. The D-pad twists to morph from a disc-like design to a plus-sign design.
