Transportation SDOT installs first 'bike box' for cyclists You may have noticed a green box taking shape on the road surface at the Capitol Hill intersection of eastbound East Pine Street and 12th Avenue. Remembering the fight for a Capitol Hill bus stop Capitol Hill is Seattle's most densely populated neighborhood. It also has one of the city's highest concentrations of workers who commute to the Eastside.
