Nokia picks Microsoft for phone software
Nokia Corp., the world's largest maker of mobile phones, announced Friday that it will use Windows Phone software from Microsoft for its smart phones, The Associated Press reported.

MSFT has 'well-grounded fear' of ex-exec sharing secrets
Microsoft today said it "has a well-grounded fear" that a former executive would share corporate secrets with competitor Salesforce.com, after finding he took home about 25,000 pages of business files.

Feds: Apply tarmac delay rule to foreign airlines (Tribune)
In response to passenger horror stories from a Dec. 26 snowstorm, Federal officials plan to apply a controversial 2010 tarmac delay rule to foreign carriers, the Chicago Tribune's Julie Johnsson reported Thursday.
