'Wolf pack' of 7 teens attacks 13-year-old (CNN)
Seven teenagers are in custody and accused of kicking a 13-year-old boy, dragging him through the snow, stuffing him in a tree and hanging him from a fence.

Conlin: Mayor 'does not seem to understand' tunnel issues
City Council President Richard Conlin released this statement Tuesday in response to Mayor Mike McGinn saying, once again, that he'll veto any agreement between Seattle and the state to build a tunnel replacement for the Viaduct so long as a controversial cost overrun provision remains in place.

Woman, 77, hit by car in Central District
